About Me
Anne Wynter is the author of numerous picture books and board books, including While We’re Here, Everybody in the Red Brick Building, Nell Plants a Tree, Patrick and the Not So Perfect Party and So Many Years: A Juneteenth Story. Her books have won the Ezra Jack Keats Award, the Golden Kite Award, and the Writers League of Texas Book Award.
Anne earned a degree in theatre from Washington University in St. Louis and penned a number of short plays. She lives in Austin, TX with her family.
